Air Fryer BBQ Ribs

Quick and easy bbq ribs, perfect for week night dinners

This is by far the best way to cook ribs other than low and slow on a smoker! These ribs take a little over an hour and they do not disappoint.

I tend to use pork loin back ribs but this will work with any ribs of your choice.

Air Fryer Ribs

Step 1:

Cut the membrane off the back of your ribs. I typically make one long slit then work my fingers underneath the membrane and pull away from the bones.

Step 2:

Generously season your ribs front and back with seasoning of choice. I like to use slap your momma, it gives the ribs a nice spicy bite!

Step 3:

Cut the rack of ribs in 2-3 portions so they fit nicely in your air fryer.

Layer in your air fryer bone side up and cook for 30 minutes at 360 degrees. Flip and cook for an additional 15-30 minutes depending on the thickness of your ribs.

Ribs internal temperature should be around 205-210.

Step 4:

Once ribs are up to temp, slather on bbq sauce and place back into air fryer bone side down.

Once the bbq sauce is nice and caramelized it’s time to grub!

The perfect rib is tender but not fall of the bone. The air fryer gives you the perfect outer caramelization and a nice tender bite.

Serve up with loaded baked potatoes and freshly roasted corn on the cob!
